This means that if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000, you must wager a total of Rs 30,000 on eligible games before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Rs 2,000 per round or spin.
• Sports betting bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify for wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts that have opted in to promotions. Opt-in may be required.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

zs588 actively monitors for bonus abuse including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play. If such activity is detected, zs588 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings generated through it. Multiple accounts used to claim bonuses more than once will be closed.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market at zs588. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game interface before placing any wager. zs588 reserves the right to adjust bet limits without prior notice, though changes will not affect bets already accepted.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet placed at zs588 may be declared void under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the result cannot be verified; technical errors affect the bet placement or result; the bet was placed on clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error. Void bets are refunded to the player's balance at the original stake amount.

6.3 Sports Betting Specifics

• In-play bets accepted after the event has concluded (due to connectivity issues) will be voided.
• Cricket bets: if a match is reduced in overs, zs588 reserves the right to void affected markets and settle remaining markets based on available results.
• Football bets are settled on 90 minutes of play (including injury time) unless specified as "including extra time".

6.4 Casino and Live Games

Casino game outcomes at zs588 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes in professionally managed studios. Results are final. zs588 does not have the ability to influence game outcomes after a bet is placed and accepts no responsibility for telecommunications failures that prevent timely bet placement or cash-out.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited at zs588 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using compromised, stolen, or third-party payment methods to make deposits at zs588.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance attributed to bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith from verified payment methods will generally be returned subject to completed verification and investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account at zs588 may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures will be processed within 24 hours, and the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9. Intellectual Property
